Valoquent stores conversation transcripts, character memory, and account credentials to deliver the experience. Two paths are available: in-app deletion removes associated Valoquent database data in one transaction; email requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. Vendor processing is described below.
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data Valoquent holds about you. A full export is available directly from the app — no support ticket required.
Your export includes conversation transcripts, character memory, session scores, notice acknowledgements, and all other personal data stored in Valoquent's systems. The file is delivered as JSON.
If you cannot reach the app, send a data access request by email. Include your account email address in the subject line. Your export will be delivered within 30 days of a confirmed request.
[email protected]Account deletion was built into V1. The fastest path is inside the app; no support ticket required.
The in-app path removes associated personal data from Valoquent's database in one transaction. After it commits, Valoquent also starts the applicable vendor cleanup operations described below.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request by email. Include your account email address in the subject line. All personal data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed request.
[email protected]Account deletion removes your account record, conversation transcripts, character memory, and derived data from Valoquent's database in one transaction. If session recordings are enabled, Valoquent also requests deletion of the associated Cloudflare R2 recording prefix after the local transaction commits. The application does not itself enforce a fixed-day automatic expiry for recordings.
ElevenLabs processes conversation audio and state during sessions. For sessions with a stored ElevenLabs conversation ID, Valoquent sends a targeted deletion request to ElevenLabs after local deletion. Some earlier sessions do not have a stored vendor ID, so this application cannot individually name those records; the documented 90-day ElevenLabs retention backstop applies to that historical backlog. Vendor cleanup is separate from the local database transaction and may require retry if a vendor request fails.
After deletion, a small set of anonymized operational records is kept for fraud prevention. No personally identifiable information is included.
